Compensation & Benefits
Base pay is determined on individual’s responsibilities, competencies and experience.
Sales Incentive (Eligible for sales and in some countries, for marketing people) Reviewed quarterly with payments based on sales achievement versus achievement in the defined elements.
Performance Incentive (Eligible for non-sales people) Reviewed annually with payments based on company and individual performance.
We value, recognize, and reward the best talents who drive HTC’s future growth and long-term success. The rewards may comprise of stock, ESOP or cash, which is gratuitous or non-gratuitous for the invited employees. Payments will be made with the detailed contract or notification letter over one year or the normal three years.
These include various types of non-cash compensation provided to employees in addition to the normal salary. Examples include insurance, paid time off (PTO), pension, flexible working hours and others.

Global Job Rotation System
Based on the needs of an individual’s and organization’s development, our job rotation program provides employees with opportunities to relocate to another region on a permanent basis. HTC provides appropriate support to help with the onboarding process depending on the region practice.
At HTC, learning never stops. It is important to us that our employees are able to realize career goals by continuous training in the current position. We offer employees tuition reimbursement to cover the educational cost of personal qualifications. In addition, HTC provides funding for all employees in external training and work related courses.
New Hire Orientation Program
Starting from day one, new hires across the globe have access to a web-based interactive orientation training course. It is part of our formal orientation designed to fully immerse new hires in the company’s corporate culture, values, history and brand philosophy.
There are development paths for our employees who want to elevate their careers. New managers, experienced managers, and executives all receive the support needed to grow in their current roles and prepare for future opportunities.

While developing skills needed for work, there are series of competency and skill-based resources to support ongoing professional development at HTC.
